Why does the Joveo AEPM program exist?
The idea behind the program sprung up when Joveo met the young bright minds at Megathon 2018, a hackathon organized at IIIT Hyderabad which provided a platform to students, corporate entities and startups to come together, interact and build. The event sprung up new ideas across the length and the breadth of the domain that Joveo works on. It was inspiring to see the depth with which the ideations and problem solutions were looked at, by the young participants at the event.
We realized the potential of the fresh ideas at the event and here we are, with the first-of-its-kind program aimed at providing these young students the skills and mentoring necessary to get their ideas out in the world, be effective communicators, managers, and future leaders.
The young do not know enough to be prudent, and therefore they attempt the impossible, and achieve it, generation after generation.

As an engineering-driven company, Joveo needs product managers with a technical background who could work with engineers, designers and data analysts to build world-class tools and also, engineers who could build great platforms.
The AEPM Program aims to bring out true grit of the participants, to nurture them as strong leaders who can tackle the challenges that Joveo throws at them – not just to solve, but solve them well for now and future needs.
