What is the structure of the AEPM program and how long is it?
AEPM program goes through two cycles each year, one 13-week cycle starting in May and other 26-week cycle starting January. You will be required to work closely with the team at Hyderabad office.
What kind of candidates you are looking for?
We are looking for BTech/BS/MS/MBA/Ph.D. candidates (preferably class of 2018 or 2019) from a variety of majors including computer science, mathematics, business, psychology, design or product. Preference is given to those who have a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making, and an ability to plan and drive execution to grow an idea from concept to success. We are interested in candidates with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and have a great sense of responsibility.
What are some examples of what the rotations could be?
Your rotation might involve improving the user experience or through our core technology areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Science, Platforms, Demand Side Platform, Supply-side, and Ad Exchanges.
What happens after the program?
After the program, AEPMs are given the opportunity to join a team of their interest where they can utilize their experience, knowledge, and network.
